Material Introduction: PP‑R Yangzi Petrochemical PPR‑M00 (alias YPR‑503 / R503) is random‑copolymer polypropylene pipe‑special resin. It features high impact resistance, excellent heat‑aging resistance and favorable long‑term hydrostatic strength, especially suitable for high‑demand cold‑hot‑water transmission systems.

Building cold‑hot‑water transmission systems: domestic cold‑hot‑water pipelines, central heating systems.
Drinkable purified‑water supply system: qualified sanitary performance for potable‑water piping.
Floor heating system: manufacturing floor‑heating pipes.

Chemical piping system: conveyance or discharge of certain chemical media.

- Middle layer: Zone1 195℃, Zone2 200℃, Zone3 200℃, Zone4 200℃, Adapter 200‑205℃, Die 205℃
- Outer layer: Zone1 185℃, Zone2 195℃, Zone3 200℃, Zone4 200℃, Die 200℃
- Main extruder speed: adjust according to pipe diameter & wall thickness, typical 25‑40 rpm.
- Screw torque: typical range 45%‑65%.
Injection‑Molding Process Parameters
- Barrel temperature:180
280℃,typical melt temperature 220280℃。 - Mold temperature:20‑70℃. Higher mold temperature improves surface gloss and dimensional stability.
- Injection pressure:80‑140 MPa(800‑1400 bar); up to 180 MPa for thin‑wall articles.
